New Zealand Delivery
At Union Blue we will do our very best have your order on the way to you the same day, providing it is received by 2.00pm. If your order is placed over the weekend or on a public holiday, we will dispatch it the following business day.

All New Zealand orders are sent via NZ Post, ParcelPost Tracked service. You can expect to receive your order within 3-5 working days.

International Delivery
If you live outside of New Zealand, not a problem!
Simply email us at unionbluenz@gmail.com with your order details and postal address and we will reply with the best shipping option and cost.

Lost Orders
In the very unlikely event that your order is lost in transit, Union Blue will endeavour to resolve the issue and/or ensure that a replacement order is fulfilled.

However, if your order can be traced to its arrival destination, Union Blue is not liable for it.
